IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Validate Admin Contact's Email ID
  Make sure the current administrative contact email id is valid. An email will be sent by the current Registrar to this email id to confirm that the administrative contact owns the domain and agrees to the transfer by clicking on "Accept" in the mail.
   

• Check Lock / Expiry Status
  Make sure the domain is not locked, expired, registered or transferred prior to 60 days of placing the transfer request. If your domain is locked you must contact the current registrar to unlock it, before placing the transfer request.
   

• Addition of One Year to the Expiry Date
  Transferring a domain name will add one year to your current expiry date provided the request is placed at least 60 days after the previous registration/renewal as mentioned in the above condition.
   

• Need 15 days clear of the Expiry Date
  Request domain transfer at least 15 days prior to the date of its expiry. If you are not sure, please do a WHOIS Lookup
   

• Obtain the Auth Code from your Current Registrar
  To transfer your domain you need to get your authorization code (Auth Code) from your current registrar. You will need to enter this code for requesting a transfer. This is a prerequisite before you transfer your domain with one of our Registrars.
   

• No Guarantee of Transfer
  Through this service, you are requesting the transfer of the domain name to a new Registrar with "Designscape" from your current Registrar. While "Designscape" will try for successful transfer of domain, it does not guarantee of this in every case.
